One-day Registration	US$270 + GST at 10% = US$297.00
Conference Dinner Ticket	US$80 + GST at 10% = US$88.00

*Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. This rate does not apply to Postdoctoral researchers.

The registration fee includes:

Access to conference sessions, posters and exhibition area
Welcome drinks reception
Mid-morning and afternoon refreshments, as scheduled in the conference program
Lunch, as scheduled in the conference program

COVID-19 delegate safety

Before travelling to the conference, please familiarise yourself with the Covid-19 requirements for Australia, which Elsevier will be following. The current country guidelines can be found here and Queensland-specific guidelines are available here.

We still request that anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19, or is under any self-quarantine orders does not attend the conference.

Payment methods

Payment for conference registrations can only be made by credit card online. Elsevier accepts: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Cancellation information

Cancellation deadlines are as follows: Provided written notice is received by 2 May 2023, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 16 May 2023, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 16 May 2023, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

Should you test positive for Covid-19 or be required to self-isolate, do not attend the conference. Elsevier will refund your registration fee.
