Conference Venue


Is there disabled parking?
Yes. On the Basement 1 level, there are 38 spaces reserved for drivers with accessibility concerns. These are marked with the wheelchair symbol and are of various widths. The farthest parking bay is 15m from the lift.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is 100% wheelchair accessible.

Are there accessible elevators close to the conference rooms?
Yes. The Centre has three lifts. The lifts located in Foyer B and Foyer C both give access to the basement car parks and the ground and first floors. The lift outside Hall 2 only allows access to the basement car parks and ground floor only.
Each lift offers:
• Braille buttons inside and out that illuminate when pressed.
• Visual aids that advise which floor the lift is on.
• An audio voice that also announces the floor you have arrived on.

The doors for all lifts measure 1180mm when fully open. The lift floor is covered with non-slip carpet and equipped with handrails at a height of 900mm.

Are there accessible restrooms near the conference rooms?
Yes. Accessible bathroom facilities are available on both the ground and first floor of the Centre. The doors measure 820mm when open.
